Jo Tholström guides women home to their essence through movement and breath, creating spaces for healing, freedom, and self-discovery. Trained in Yoga, Primal Vinyasa, Breathwork, and Feminine Embodiment Coaching, she blends modalities to release trapped emotions and reconnect the body and soul.

Founder of Nyhavn, a sanctuary for connection and belonging in Heber City, Utah, Jo resides in Midway with her husband and four children. Her invitation: “Come home, dear one. May we begin again and again.”

Crystal Miller, CNM, WHNP-BC has worked in women’s health for 14 years. She has a passion for women’s health and is focused on helping women achieve optimal health and wellness in every decade of life. Her patient care philosophy focuses on providing holistic care through partnership and honors every woman as the expert on their own body. Crystal is a certified nurse midwife and has a post graduate degree in Women’s health. Crystal has served women as a primary care NP, a nurse midwife, and a gynecological, post-surgical, labor & delivery, and postpartum nurse. Women’s health is truly her professional and personal passion. The Pink Remodel was created to address the pelvic and sexual health needs of women.
