Nyhavn is an event/yoga studio located in Heber City, Utah. It is available for use upon hourly, half day, and full day rentals. 1 hour being the minimum booking time period.
OUR POLICIES

Booking Requirements

One hour minimum.

The renter must have payment made in full to lock down the desired booking time and date.

Booking is done on a first come first serve basis and Nyhavn is subject to book the desired date to another renter without payment completed.

Due to the size of the space, no more than 60 people are permitted inside at one time.

Rental Expectations

Renter is welcome to bring their own equipment, props, and decorations into the space.

There is no smoking, vaping, or drug use permitted within Nyhavn.

The renter or anyone in their party is not permitted to enter the private offices of Pink Remodel.

Nyhavn prohibits the use of property damaging materials such as nails or tack. If you need to hang anything within the space you are welcome to use wall friendly alternatives.

No Glitter or Confetti permitted.

Rescheduling and Cancelations

If rentals require cancellation, Nyhavn will offer a one-time rebooking option.

Rescheduling is on a first come first serve basis and Nyhavn cannot guarantee any certain date/time.

Theft and Damages

Nyhavn is not responsible for any theft, injury, or other incidents of the Renter or their party during the rental.

If the renter or anyone in their party damages anything within the space (structural, furniture, plant, or any rental equipment), the Renter will have to pay for the damages.
